5月22日，苏州市产业园发展促进会应邀参加“阳澄湖半岛智能经济融通发展示范启动暨科大讯飞智子空间（北部基地）开业仪式”，苏州工业园区党工委委员、管委会副主任卢渊，阳澄湖半岛旅游度假区党工委书记姚文蕾，苏州工业园区科协主席、科技招商中心主任肖诗滔等领导出席开业仪式，促进会副秘书长闵琛毅、国际人才交流中心主任张斌参加活动。

On May the 22nd, Suzhou Association of Industrial Parks (SAIP) was invited to attend the “Yangcheng Lak Peninsula Intelligent Economy Development Demonstrative Zone ;& iFLYTEK ;Zhizi Space (Northern Base) Opening-up Ceremony”. Other distinguishing guests of the ceremony include Lu Yuan, member of Party Affairs Committee and vice director of Administration Committee of Suzhou Industrial Park; Yao Wenlei, secretary of Party Affair Committee of Yangcheng Lake peninsula tourism district; Xiao Shitao, President of CAST of Suzhou Industrial Park and Technology Investment Center. Min ;Chenyi, vice secretary-general of SAIP and Zhang Bin, director of international talents communication center of SAIP also attended the event.

为促进阳澄湖度假区产业转型升级，打造园区北部智能经济融通发展示范区，助力建设世界一流高科技园区，苏州阳澄湖半岛旅游度假区作为苏州工业园区四大功能板块之一，紧抓企业总部基地、中新生态科技城、国家级旅游度假区“三大创新核”，前期围绕“绿色”与“科技”两大元素，夯实产业基础、营造产业氛围。阳澄湖半岛旅游度假区党工委书记姚文蕾表示：“在以智能经济融通发展为新阶段产业发展方向的背景下，创新性提出“事业合伙人”机制，与科大讯飞智子空间等企业一道推动区域联合发展，挖掘园区北部产业潜力”。

In the purpose of promoting the industries upgrades, build Intelligent Economy Development Demonstrative Zone in the northern area of Suzhou Industrial Park, and thus contribute to the construction of world top sci-tech industrial park, the Management Committee of Yangcheng Lake Peninsula Tourism District focuses on the developments of Enterprises Headquarters Base, Zhongxin Ecological Science Park, National Tourist Resort, which are considered as “three core areas of innovation of the peninsula”. Secretary Yao Wenlei said to the media that following the new trend of industrial development, which is the development of intelligent Economy, the Management Committee invented a new cooperation method called “Business Partnership”，and ;will work together with companies such as iFLYTEK Zhizi Space to release the economic potential of Northern parts of Suzhou Industrial Park.

Certificates conferring of SAIP’s Oversea Returning Talents Entrepreneurship Base

苏州市产业园发展促进会归国人才创业基地是依托全市产业园资源，为青年海归精英提供创业载体、创业服务的创新平台。基地将聚集科研、教育、人才等优势，利用生态、产业、政策等资源，吸引海外留学人员创新创业、引进留学生创业项目，为人才、技术、项目、资本结合提供平台，目标成为技术难题的突破和科技成果的转化的产业创新基地。促进会国际人才交流中心目前与牛津大学、剑桥大学、杜克大学、悉尼大学、德国卡尔斯鲁厄理工学院、荷兰莱顿大学、荷兰代尔夫特理工大学、瑞典查尔莫斯大学、米兰理工大学、南丹麦大学、东京工业大学、新加坡国立大学、淡马锡理工学院、香港科技大学、西交利物浦大学等国际高等院校建立联系，服务归国校友人才项目落户。

Oversea Returning Talents Entrepreneurship Base of SAIP is based on the connection of all the industrial parks in Suzhou, and is setup to provide an innovation platform of spaces and services for oversea returning talents. The base has advantages of research, education and talents, along with its connections with ecological projects, industries and policy information, it’ll attract outstanding oversea graduates together with their entrepreneurship projects. The final goal of the base is to assist the match-making process of talents, technology, projects, capitals, and become an industrial innovation base for technology breakthroughs and science achievements transfer.

The Talents Communication Center of SAIP has established connections with famous universities including Oxford University, Cambridge University, Duke University, the University of Sydney, Karlsruhe Institute of Technology, Leiden University, Milan Polytechnic University, University of South Denmark,

Delft University of Technology, Charmos University, Tokyo University of Technology, National University of Singapore, Temasek Polytechnic, Hong Kong University of Science and Technology, Xi'an Jiaotong-Liverpool University. The Center will continue to serve the oversea returning talents and promote the successes of their projects.

苏州市产业园发展促进会是长三角首家产业园促进会，于2019年8月成立，是经苏州市政府批准，由苏州市民政局登记注册，属于区域性、联合性、非营利性的社会团体法人组织。促进会由产业园投资运营和园区管理服务机构联合组成，由苏州启迪科技园、苏州纳米城、苏州国家环保高新技术产业园、新加坡腾飞科技园、阳澄湖节能环保产业园等知名产业园牵头发起设立。目前会员单位拥有100余家产业园，覆盖中小企业超过4万家，涉及高端制造、人工智能、电子信息、大数据、互联网、节能环保、生物医药、大健康、纳米新材料、文化创意、现代服务等行业。

促进会将秉承“互联互通、共享共赢、众享众包、提升提质”的理念，协同推进产业园区和科技企业同步升级和联袂并进，主动践行国家自主创新发展战略和长三角区域一体化发展战略，助力建设世界一流高科技园区。

SAIP is the first of its kind in Yangtze River Delta region, and was founded in the August of 2019, under the permission of Suzhou municipal government. SAIP was registered at Suzhou Civil Affairs Bureau and defined as a regional, joint, non-profit social organization.

SAIP is a joint association consisting of industrial park investment institutes and management organizations, represented by Suzhou Qidi Science Park, Suzhou Nano-tech Park, Singapore Tengfei Science Park, etc. SAIP now has more than 100 industrial parks as members, in which contain more than 40 thousand small to median companies, covering fields of high-end manufacture, AI, electronic information, big data, internet, new energy, bio-medical, health, nano-tech, cultural innovation and modern services.

SAIP holds the notion of “interconnection, share, win-win and quality improvement”, promotes the joint development of industrial park and technological companies, at the same time urges them to actively respond to the national strategy of independent innovation by involving into the construction of “The Belt and Road”, as well as the integrated development of Yangtze River Delta region, and finally contribute to the construction of world top-ranking high-tech industrial park.
